Just Eat It
is a documentary film about food waste and food rescue. We all love our food! As a society, we watch countless cooking shows, read culinary magazines and foodie blogs. So then, how is it possible that we throw away almost 50% of edible food in the trash? This film uses humor to dive into the issue of waste from farm, through retail, all the way to the back of what’s in the refrigerator. In a nation where one in 10 people are food insecure, the images they capture of squandered groceries are both shocking and compelling. See the journey the film stars take towards food rescue and the “thrill of the find” and the results have very unexpected consequences.

Showtimes are 11:30am, 3:30pm & 5:30pm
