THE STATE THEATRE SAFETY FAQ
With recent changes to CDC compliance, we’ve updated our safety protocols. The changes below began on September 12, 2021.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK?
Masks are required at the theater for everyone.

Masks are not required inside the auditoriums while you are enjoying our popcorn or any other concession items.

WILL THE STATE THEATRE’S CLEANING PROTOCOL CONTINUE?
Yes, we will continue to intensively clean the theatre. We installed four airscrubbers, and COVID-19 rated air filters.

WILL SOCIAL DISTANCING CONTINUE TO BE ENFORCED?
Social distancing markers will remain on the floor of the concessions areas.

SOCIAL DISTANCING IN THEATRES
Beginning June 15, 2021, per California State regulations, all theaters will return to full capacity.

Since we are fortunate to have 550 seats, social distancing inside The State Theatre is very comfortable. The Jewel’s capacity is 25.
