Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie

Based on the web and TV series Nirvanna the Band the Show, this Canadian mockumentary film is an epic time-travel adventure.

Matt Johnson and Jay McCarrol star as fictionalized versions of themselves in a band called “Nirvanna the Band.” Matt and Jay are determined to book a gig at the Rivoli, a bar and restaurant in Toronto, despite the fact that they have never written or recorded a song, nor taken any steps to contact the Rivoli’s management about booking. When their newest scheme to play the Rivoli backfires, the band is accidentally sent back in time to the year 2008.
