The State Theatre and the ZaSu Pitts Memorial Orchestra are partnering to raise funds for the Camp Fire (Paradise California) victims. The thirteen piece R & B orchestra, formed by bass player and the recipient of the 2018 MAMA’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Steve Ashman, are coming together for this special occasion! ZaSu Pitts can best be compared to a ’60s Motown soul revue with all of the horns, vocals and rhythm we guarantee will rock the house. ZPMO is the worlds most dangerous jam band and is sure to play the favorites that’ll make you dance in the aisles — and all with a big sound. Special guests to be announced.
